FAQ & policies

Do I need a ticket?
Yes, a ticket is required for entry.
 
How much are tickets?
Advance GA $30 | Regular GA $40 (After May 22, 2020) 

When do tickets go on sale?
April 1, 2020

Where is the entrance to the festival?
Underneath the Lansing Center, City of Lansing Parking Lot #19 

Is the festival inside or outside?
The festival is outside on the Lansing Center's Riverfront Plaza.
 
What is the bag policy?
Please scroll to the bottom of this page to view the bag policy. 

Do I need to buy my tickets ahead of time?
It is highly recommended that you buy your tickets over a week prior to the event, as it tends to sell out before the event date.
 
How much are drinks?
The cost of 15 samples are covered with your ticket. A cash bar will also be available with a variety of drinks at various prices.
 
Will there be any food available?
Yes, there will be a variety of food trucks/vendors at the festival with food for purchase.
 
Will you have designated driver tickets?
No, we will not. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Your ticket will gain you access to the event and the paid entertainment, so there is a value, even without the margaritas!
 
When will you announce the winner of the favorite margarita?
It will be announced in June 3rd edition of the City Pulse.
 
If the event says sold out, is there any way to buy tickets?
We no longer have tickets to sell if it is sold out.
 
Is food included in the ticket?
No. Food trucks/vendors will be available with food to purchase.
 
Is there seating? Is it is assigned?
There is seating, but it is not assigned. You can disregard the seat number on your ticket.
 
Where should I park?
Here is a map of public parking near the Lansing Center.
 
Can I volunteer?
We don’t utilize volunteers for this event, but thank you for your interest.
 

Policies

ANIMAL POLICY:
  • No animals for this event; ADA protected service dogs are welcome.

CLEAR BAG POLICY: 
 Permissible bags:
  • Clear bags no larger than 12"x6"x12"
  • One gallon or smaller clear ziploc bag.
  • Small clutch bags, the size of your hand or smaller.
  • Exceptions made on a case-by-case basis; check with us at the entrance regarding medically required items.​​

Prohibited bags include (not limited to):
  • Purses larger than clutch bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, diaper bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags, camera bags or any bag larger than permissible size.

WEAPONS POLICY: 
Weapons Policy for all LEPFA properties: Carrying guns, pistols or other weapons is prohibited, except (1) as specifically permitted by law or (2) exempt from local regulation by law.
